A Cincinnati native and graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering, Steve spent 20 years as a project and program manager in the manufacturing and media & entertainment industries. After dabbling in home inspection and initially investing in rental real estate 15 years ago, he uncovered a passion for real estate.
Steve's background as a PMP-certified project manager results in a well-organized, methodical approach to the process of buying and selling real estate to ensure the client's cost, schedule and scope goals are achieved. Having been involved in numerous real estate transactions for personal and investment purposes, his experiences benefit clients - whether first-time home buyers, seasoned investors or anywhere in between.
Steve and his family live in Loveland and, as the parent of avid athletes and musicians, he is a supporter of both Loveland Music and Athletic Boosters. Additionally, he serves in many capacities at Montgomery Community Church including playing bass on the worship team.
